Numerous emails daily
Numerous emails daily, same people over and over again. I can understand going out of age range but I am pretty strict about gender. Also got renewed today, a heads-up about that would have been nice since I had intended to end my membership. That’s 120 dollars down the drain.

Totally Fraud
When it comes to dating and relationships you expect a website to have a certain amount of care for its customers; after all aren’t they there to help you find friendship and love? Matches can be hundreds of miles away (in my case across the Irish Sea). My main gripe is the auto-renewal, which it will do after the initial subscription and you no longer have the right of withdrawal as it expires after the 14 day initial subscription. I had no email outlying the terms of the contract and I thought I’d set it up to NOT auto renew yet it did. So, read the Terms of the Contract carefully, make sure you check at least 7 days before that it will not auto renew and take snapshots of all your emails with regard to your subscription. The fact that they have clauses to stop you cancelling easily should in itself sound alarm bells. “They’re after your money love,” as we Yorkshire folk would say.

It's by far the worst dating site
It’s by far the worst dating site I have ever encountered. I was very unhappy the first time I joined it but decided to give it another go as it still gets stellar reviews online. They ask you lots of questions about your preferences for the potential matches but don’t be fooled. They completely disregard your preferences over and over again.

It’s site has bee awful from day one. First of all it keeps blocking my profile information and there’s nothing wrong with it I don’t understand why my height has been blocked why things I put on here being blocked. I pay for a whole year subscription and nothing happens on the site. Now they want me to pay more money. Save your time go somewhere else and do not sign up for this site. It’s a joke

Do not subscribe
Subscription policy is intentionally misleading – they will take £209 every 6 months in advance without informing you or giving you the opportunity to cancel. Do not believe the Ts and Cs which state that there is a 14 day cooling off period – they claim that this is the initial purchase only. Do not subscribe or cancel IMMEDIATELY you subscribe for the fist time

This is one of the most poorly functional and monitored Apps. I will be sticking with Match and another reputable site. This has been a complete waste of time and money. Frankly, the free site is better than this one. And better run, to boot. Stay far away. This company is going soon.

I cannot cancel my membership, and being billed. Others are too. Customer service and contacts do not answer. They billed my even though I requested cancellation. I cannot cancel, there is no option. Customer Service do not respond.

1 star is too much for this ite, you should be allowed to rate it the 0 stars it deserves. Read their privacy policy before you even think about signing up, what they can get away with is disgraceful, they should have to highlight their privacy policy in clear easy to see writing before tricking people to sign up. This is an awful app and an awful company, do not make the mistake that I did and read their privacy policy and then go to another dating app that doesn’t exploit their users information for revenue. Also avoid Badoo as they also own Badoo which is just as bad if not worse.

Although I have had issues with this website, it was more over the women I contacted rather than a short comming of this website, From my limited but wasteful experience at “other” sites, It is delivered without the scammers, mysterious email from people, etc.

I signed onto Eharmony.com after being hounded by Facebook to join. So I made my profile. Could not upload my picture to their site no matter how often I tried. After awhile I got a response only to find out that the person is fake and somehow they got my credit card number. I have been going through a hassle with my credit card company ever since. Stay away from Eharmony.com and other online dating sites

Claims to be free but isn’t as if someone contacts you, you have to buy a membership to reply. I paid for one month and the only actual contact I had with anyone was with 4 Russian scammers(checked ip addresses, stories and pictures looked real- tricky!).. Eharmony is crawling with them, very annoying, not worth the $$$

i have been a member of eharmony better known by me as the biggest SCAM! for less then 3 months. i have had no matches when i went cancel my three month subscription i was told No your locked in for a year. I was shocked i then pleaded to get out of the contract since no hits. I was told to change my answers on the Question portion. So lie to get dates great site to belong to.
