This site is a waste of time and money! All they do is play musical chairs with pictures of supposedly eligible singles and right non sense for them. Wonder if these people know their pics are being used! Was on hold too long as I attempted to speak to customer service. No one picked up just repeated a recording stating they were responding to other callers. Not very good customer service!

Their cancellation and refund policy is a rip off. Get ready to jump through fire if you want to cancel. Obviously the reason why so many people want to leave is because this site is inefficient and useless. This site didn’t work out for me and many other people according to the reviews. I suspect they actually don’t aim at providing any dating services. They are focused on conning you out of your hard-earned money by overcharging you and keeping you on automatic renewals until you notice it and start struggling to stop them from taking your money with impunity.

I have had over £209 taken out of my account and I have not authorised this. My membership says 6mths to. 21.12.21. I cannot afford this, I cannot get hold of anyone to talk to. STAY AWAY from this site.
I have tried a few dating app sites and this one was by far the worst value for the money spent. The others I tried had much better quality men for FREE compared to this one which falsely claimed many things which did not prove to be the reality. On top of that, I thought I was signing up for a 6 month membership for which I paid to try only to have it RENEW automatically for another 6 months and their customer service was so poor and frustrating when I replied that I wanted to cancel it immediately! Totally a waste of money PLUS fraud if you ask me! VERY unhappy and unimpressed customer so STAY AWAY from this site.

This site contains many blurred photos, the same photo with different names and is an easy door to scammers. They make it virtually impossible to cancel yet have easy access to your bank. Its a one way road in their favour. I have received threatening emails when they couldn’t get the last lot of money,threatening the use of debt collection.

The website is useless. Didn’t meet anyone, got some messages from women 15+ years older than me. It is a SCAM also, because I removed my debit card from their system, I deleted the automatic payment and I clicked delete subscribtion button AND they stole from my card 50 euro! I contacted their support, and they keep lying even while I show EVIDENCE. Bottom line, avoid this site, because they aren’t good as a dating website and they also steal your money after you leave them.

I found this site
I found this site very confusing to use. I did not like the coins/carosel feature. I felt that the site should have used my preferences to prevent me from being an option on someone’s carousel that did not match the preferences I chose for dating. I also didn’t like that every time I scanned a picture to see who viewed me, it let them know that I viewed them. And after I deleted a bunch of views, all of the men I deleted came back up on my recently viewed, because they thought I viewed them. Very frustrating. However, I was fortunate to meet someone after several attempts to find the right person, so that was the bonus.

Stop asking for more money
Been on Dating.com for a while now and I’m convinced most of the girls on it are not real. A lot of accounts have no details or only one photo this doesn’t make sense if your looking for some one. I’ve email about 200 females (attracted to them or not) and only one replied. I’m 25, 5,9 and gym a lot most females I know have told me I’m attractive so this doesn’t make sense.
